When you think black and white, you might think BORING. Around the holidays you probably reach for more festive colors like blues or greens, or romantic burgundies. But black and white is anything but blah to me.
When I slip on this classic combination, it makes me feel instantaneously stylish! Try it on and you will understand the feeling. For this Holiday How To, I put a feminine touch on a black white menswear inspired look. This season all the it girls are trading in their party dresses for suits and bespoke inspired styles. (Yay! to finally having warmer and more comfortable option in pants) Tailored pieces like these cropped trousers and the tie neck top, take what could be a snooze worthy outfit to the next level. Take it one chic step further, and pair the combination with a red lip.
The black and white pieces would be stand party ready on there own, but I had to add a little extra personality with my Free People sequin jacket. The opportunity to rock this jacket only comes a few times a year! This outfit is perfect for Christmas or New Years; or really any holiday party in between! You CAN achieve romantic holiday style with feminine tailored inspired neutrals!
